Terms & Conditions

Initial deposit of £500.00 to be paid to save the date, payment instalments and dates due to be made upon quotation and equally split according to wedding date, final payment due 6 weeks before the wedding date.

 

All payments are to be made in GBP however this will be exchanged to Turkish Lira on the date it is transferred.

 

All cancellations are required in writing. If any event is cancelled, then all deposits/payments are non-refundable.

 

Notice within 12 months of the wedding date – 25% of the wedding cost will be charged.

Notice within 6 months of the wedding date – 50% of the wedding cost will be charged

Notice within 3 months of the wedding date – 75% of the wedding cost will be charged

Notice within 1 month of the wedding date – 100% of the wedding cost will be charged

 

Late payments will incur a charge of 5% per day of the amount due.

Any payments returned due to cancelation will be calculated from TL to GBP as of the date the payment was received.Estimate is subject to change due to cost of inflation. Estimate is calculated in GBP therefore this isnsubject to change if the rate of the lira changes dramatically.

 

The cost of any breakages to property/equipment will be paid by you.

Changes to the weather causing any venue/plan changes that require additional cost will be paid by you.

 

Weddings taking place on a weekend/public holiday will incur additional cost due to staff.

 

Any amendments made to the estimate will be added/subtracted calculating a new total cost which will be emailed to you.

 

All paperwork (apostilled affidavit) will need be to be scanned and emailed to us to prior to arrival in Turkey. Should there be any mistakes to the paperwork we will not be held responsible.

 

Drone footage is prohibited in many areas of Turkey therefore any footage required will need to be pre-agreed by us.

 

Pictures/Videos either taken by our photographer or a private photographer of the wedding day can be used to promote our business.

 

Invoices/receipts for individual services will not be supplied.

 

For any wedding taking place on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday please note that an additional fee of 5% will be incurred In paying a deposit you agree to full terms and conditions.
